New hangar planning


Objectives:

  • Establish a new industrial site to deliver maintenance and inspection services to a military operator under DEMAR regulations.

Approach:

  • Identification of an appropriate location for the new site set-up.
  • Conduct a feasibility study to evaluate risks and cost.
  • Set-up a project resource and milestone planning for the planning, preparation, implementation and go-live phase.
  • Definition of the level of the maintenance scope of work that should be delivered, derived from an industrial MRO strategy.
  • Identify and plan necessary resources/ skills required for the MRO work.
  • Define the contractual and organizational governance structure with relevant processes and stakeholders.
  • Establish conceptual planning with first time and cost estimate.
  • Conduct a proof-of-concept based on the conceptual design.
